How it works

No surprises, start to finish.

The reason renovations go sideways is rarely the building — it's the communication. We fix that first.

We put off our kitchen for years because we dreaded the chaos. Summit handed us a schedule on day one and stuck to it. The crew treated our house like their own.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

How much does a renovation cost in the GTA?

Every project is quoted line by line, but as honest starting points: most of our bathroom renovations land between $20,000 and $45,000, kitchens between $45,000 and $110,000, and finished basements between $55,000 and $95,000, depending on size and finishes. You'll have a real, fixed number before any work begins.

How long will my renovation take?

Bathrooms typically run 2–4 weeks, kitchens 4–8 weeks, basements 6–10 weeks, and whole-home projects 3–6 months. You get a written schedule before we start, and your site lead keeps you updated daily.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We prepare drawings, pull permits, and book inspections for any work that needs them — including basements, additions, and structural changes. It's part of the job, not an extra.

Can we live at home during the work?

In most cases, yes. We seal off the work zone, control dust, and tidy the site at the end of every day. For whole-home projects we'll talk honestly about which weeks will be the disruptive ones.

Do I need a finished design before contacting you?

No. Most homeowners come to us with photos and a rough idea. The free consultation is where we help turn that into a layout, a scope, and a real number.

What warranty comes with the work?

Every project carries a 2-year written workmanship warranty, spelled out in your contract. If something isn't right, it gets made right.
